All units also have a private deck and come furnished (furnishings include dresser, nightstand, sofa/love seat, end table, coffee table, and chairs). We do not furnish with beds. Off-street parking (2 assigned spots by permit only) is provided free of charge.

Apartments C, D, E, F, G, and H rent for $420/person/month + electric and water.

Tenants shall pay a one time trash fee of $100 per person, due at lease signing along with the security deposit which is equivalent to one month’s rent.
